Your incoming mail server should be set to mail.yourdomainname.com
Your outgoing mail server should be set to mail.yourdomainname.com

NOTE:
If you are a Freeserve user, you should set your outgoing server to smtp.freeserve.co.uk because access to external smtp servers is blocked. |

The outgoing mail server (smtp) uses an authentication method to verify that the username that is trying to send the mail is a valid one.
If you are using Outlook XP / 2002,follow these instructions to check it is set up correctly:
Go to Tools/Email Accounts, select View or change existing email accounts and click on the Next button. Select the email account and click on the Change button. Click on More Settings button and go to the Outgoing Server tab, tick yes to the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication option and select the OK button. |

We have provided a Web Mail solution to allow you to access your emails whilst away from your PC or if you wish to read mails online. Simply go to http://mail.yourdomainname.com and login with your full email address and password. NOTE: yourdomainname.com this will need to be changed to your actual domain name. |

The mail servers are set up to limit email attachments to no bigger than 10MB. This is to help speed up the traffic through the servers. |
