How does it work?
Firstly you will need to have your email accounts hosted and set up with Spiral sites. Once this is the case we will set up the initial filter settings specifically for you. At this point any inbound email sent to you will be scanned for viruses and spam.

If the system finds any viruses, it will quarantine the email and then delete it, stopping you from receiving an email with a virus. We also recommend that you use our solution in conjunction with an Anti Virus software program such as McAfee or Norton anti-virus.

If no viruses are found it will then check the email for spam including pornographic content. The system uses a scoring system for different elements within the email such as content, subject title, font size etc and  decided based on a set score whether it is spam, the higher the score the higher the chance it will be marked as spam.
