We provide free telephone support to all clients, there is no time limit on this support and you can ask us as many questions as you like. Most of our clients are starting out with Web sites for the first time and often have quite a few questions and queries after their site goes live, so we are happy to provide after sales support.

Web site Performance and Downtime
We Do not use third party companies to host our Web sites. We have our own servers hosted in secure data centre in the London. This allows us to provide you with the best performance possible for your sites and other Internet services.
We do have to perform server maintenance from time to time but we try to this out of hours. We can't guarantee 100% uptime for your site, but should any problems come to our attention we can deal with it immediately. This very site you are viewing is hosted on the same servers that we use for the majority of our clients.
